Good Morning Everyone,
Well we are back from Wisconsin and course in Chicago. Had a great time and both Patti and I are amazed at the level of consciousness of the new Avatars. We decided to move back to Wisconsin in order to be closer to the kids and grandkids and will leave on May 17th. We'll be home for about a week and then off to Masters and the Integrity Course. It has been such a blessing doing the Integrity work check it out in the Mini-courses on the Star's Edge website.
Love,
Dick and Patti

Hi Everyone,
Last night was our Thoughtstorm Night and we were joined by Linda, John, and Debbie. Here's what we came up with.
Alignment Question: What desires do we have in common?
Corecept: To be able to make decisions easier.

Question: What makes deciding hard?
Corecept: Believing there are consequences of making a wrong decision-Moving from my heart to my head.

Question: What does my heart really want?
Corecept: To have the courage to say what it wants.

Question: What keeps us from having the courage to say what our heart wants?
Corecept: My fears.

Question: How do we get the courage to say what our heart wants?
Corecept: Allow others to say what their heart wants.

Have a great week. Remember we are having a ReSurfacing Workshop this weekend. Come review or inspire someone to come and explore. Help create an Enlightened Planetary Civilization!!!

Hi Everyone, Here's the Monday night updates from the last two getherings. We had our Monday night gathering and Jackie, Donna, Trish, Teresa, Cynnea, Richard and Patti were present.
Our alignment question was: What does the world need and want that we could deliver?
Corecept: We can be role models for stepping out of the box.

1st question: How doe we trust that everything will be all right?
Corecept: We hold the faith and get out of the way.

2nd question: What causes a person to settle for less than what they want?
Corecept: Because everyone else does.

3rd question: Why would someone not go for their dreams?
Corecept: They forget what the dream was.

4th question: What is the box?
Corecept: The rules.

5th question: How do we step out of the box?
Corecept: With trust, courage and support.

6th question: Why not have it all?
Corecept: I wouldn't be content because there would be no challenge.

We had a great time and it took us awhile to get to the corecept for some of these questions. Sometimes we were surprised by what we found and not always so happy with where the question took us - but it was a fun and enlightening time.

Sending you Love,
Patti and Richard

Hi Everyone,
Last night we had a great group for our Monday night get together( in attendance were Donna, Linda, and Teresa) We started out with walks for atonement with people using the variations. Some worry walks and criticizing self and others walks. Then we moved into doing Self-Deception Signals specifically regarding Settling for less than what I want. It was quite amazing what we came up with. Try it.

For this weeks exercise try the Emotion and Importance Exercise below. I know we did it a little while ago but this time when your through run the little trick that Harry puts in the reading on Page 64. Ask yourself what's important about whatever you came up with in the exercise and then what's important about that. Keep on going until something is revealed or you have more clarity. Have fun. Remember we're doing ReSurfacing again this coming weekend. Come review or bring a family member or friend. We'll have a great time.
Love,
Richard and Patti

There you have it. Patti and I will be off to wizards this sunday for two weeks. Will write and let you know all the wonderful things that happened when we get back.
Love,
Richard and Patti

Welcome. For those of you who have been to the site before you'll notice an entirely new look to the pages. I've been busy for the last week redesigning. We are starting back having our Monday night get togethers and last night was Thoughtstorming. Here's what we came up with:
How can we benefit by becoming more aligned?
Corecept: We would have the strength of others to draw on.

What would be the benefit of ending co-dependent relationships?
Corecept: Authenticity

What would keep people in a co-dependent relationship?
Corecept: A need for approval.

How do you let go of the need for approval?
Corecept: By appreciating who you are.

Why are people so willing to believe other people have bad intentions in mind?
Corecept: You want everyone to feel the way you do.

What could we do to experience the power of being in the present moment in the next week?
Corecept: Decide.

Have a great week. Richard and Patti
